Privacy policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

We keep this simple. This website does not ask you for personal information, has no accounts or forms, and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.

Who we are

This website, alliancering.co.uk, is run by Alliance Star ("we", "us"). We are the controller of any personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at info@alliancestaroxford.com.

What we collect

Server logs. When you visit, our web server automatically records technical details of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, your browser and device type, and the page that referred you. We use these logs only to keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix problems. They are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to reply to you, and keep them only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Choices stored on your device. Your cookie choice, and your light or dark mode if you allow it, are stored in your own browser and are never sent to us. See our cookie policy.

Our legal basis

We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure, working website. We process emails you send us on the basis of our legitimate interests in answering you, or to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing. The website runs on a server we manage, rented from our hosting provider, Hostinger, which stores the data on our behalf and acts only on our instructions. Every font, script, image and video on this site is served from that server, so visiting it sends no information to other companies. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Security

All connections to this website are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Browsers are told to always use a secure connection, and the site is protected by strict security headers that block content from unknown sources.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or stop using it. You also have the right to data portability. To use any of these rights, email info@alliancestaroxford.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Children

This website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
